GSR coilrepair®

GSR coilrepair® thread inserts are used to repair damaged threads while maintaining the nominal diameter or to reinforce threads (thread reinforcement). The system is suitable for standard metric threads (M), fine metric threads (MF), and inch threads (UNC, UNF, BSW, BSF, BSP G), ranging from M2 to M24.

The threaded inserts are made of austenitic stainless steel wire with a diamond-shaped cross-section (rhombus, 60 degrees), which is formed into a spring-like coil through cold forming. This spring-like design distributes applied forces evenly across all threads, resulting in a wear-resistant connection with a consistently low thread friction torque, even with frequent tightening and high operating loads.

Each set includes all the necessary tools and is ready to use right away, making it ideal for auto repair shops, mechanical engineering firms, maintenance companies, tradespeople, and professional users.
